What You Need To Know

 

All reservations are to be made over the phone directly with the office.  Due to the complexity of some packages, varying ability, travel dates, and sensitive information that is required to secure your reservation, social media, and email requests will not be considered as finalizing the reservation.  Reservation holder(s) must speak directly with office staff over the phone at 1-800-900-4240.

 

Deposits are required for all reservations. 

Deposits are non-refundable, but transferable under the same reservation holder within the same calendar year if a vacancy exists.   

 

A valid credit card is needed to process all new and recurring reservations.

 

90 days' notice is needed to cancel your reservation.  The full fee will be collected for reserved dates that are cancelled with less than 90 days' notice.  All reservations made within the 90-day period are final and no cancellations will be accepted. 

Recurring reservation confirmation letters are forwarded to the email on file on or before October 15 of each year. If you have a recurring reservation and you do not receive a confirmation letter please check your junk mail; if you still cannot locate the confirmation letter please contact the office as soon as possible.  All remaining availability for the upcoming season is officially transitioned to first-come, first-served status as of November 1 of each year.  If a confirmation letter is not received, it is up to the reservation holder to contact the office to follow up.  Reservations will not be held indefinitely.

For confidentiality reasons, only the reservation holder can confirm, adjust, cancel, or access reservation details, with no exceptions.  At no time will information about an upcoming reservation be provided to anyone other than the reservation holder, this includes information for double sites/multiple cabin bookings.  

Site transfers must be accompanied by an email from the original reservation holder.  The new reservation holder must contact the office within 24 hours of the transfer to process the deposit/payment.  Sublets must be paid in full at the time of transfer and are non-refundable.

 

Sites/Cabins cannot be held without the applicable deposit

Check-in time for the campground is 1:00 p.m. cst
Check-in time for roofed accommodations (including trailer rentals) 3:00 p.m. cst

Additional fees may apply for early check-ins and late check-outs. 

 

Children rates apply when a minimum adult occupancy has been reached.  This may vary depending on the cabin/season.  Children receiving discounts must not exceed the number of adults booked.  

Dogs must be on a leash at all times,  no exceptions.

Whereas we currently provide complimentary firewood, we reserve the right to monitor consumption.  We kindly ask that all sites utilize the wheelbarrows provided in the wood yard to transport firewood. For everyone's safety, especially that of the "littles" in camp,  no motorized vehicles of any kind are to enter the woodyard.  If there are mobility concerns, please contact us at the office and we will gladly assist.  

Absolutely no air-conditioners are to be used during your stay as we are on generator power.

 

Pet fees apply per night for Cabins/Mobile Homes/Outpost/Trailer Rentals.

Quiet time is 11:00 pm - 8:00 am, no exception. 

Zero tolerance for verbal or physical abuse toward guests, staff or management including situations resulting in vandalism.  

In order to preserve the spiritual and recreational use of our resort, there is to be absolutely no discharge of fireworks.


Cabins must be left in the same condition as they were at the time of check-in. 
Additional cleaning fees start at a minimum of $250.00.  

All garbage must be removed from the unit upon checkout and placed in the specified receptacle/location.

Minimum stays/fixed-date ranges apply and may be different during peak season.

Employees/Owners are not responsible/liable for personal injuries/personal property damages. 

Tours and guided outings are subject to staffing availability and weather conditions. Group minimums apply.

 

All facilities and amenities are strictly used at your own risk.  We are not responsible for damage or injury during use.

All damage to rental units must be reported at the time of occurrence or the security deposit may/will be forfeited and additional charges may apply. Guests must immediately alert office staff of new deficiencies.

Rental equipment is subject to inspection upon departure/return and the reservation holder is solely responsible for and must pay for any damages to equipment due to misuse.

Sales Tax extra on all packages and point-of-sale items.
